As Congress debates comprehensive legislation aimed at making major changes to the electricity supply mix and potential regulation of greenhouse gases, attend this briefing to learn and discuss the role of the nation’s independent electric grid operators, serving two thirds of the electric customers in the U.S., in implementing these changes. The forum will discuss the challenges and opportunities associated with integrating renewable resources into the transmission grid.
